What do we do?
Governors work with the Head Teachers and Senior Leadership Team to promote continuous improvement in the education provided for all the children attending our schools. We work together to make decisions on the overall direction of the school and set policies, targets, development plans and more. We also decide how to make the best use of the school budget for the benefit of the children’s education. As governors we work as a team, deciding on things jointly and sharing responsibilities for the decisions we make.
